CA: We currently offer complimentary shipping within all 10 provinces in Canada. Shipments to military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations are not available at this time. For any specific delivery requests and accommodations, such as advance calls, scheduling delivery dates, or designating a delivery location, please contact us directly after placing your order.
 
US: We provide free delivery services to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO destinations are not facilitated.

CA: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, inventory orders are typically dispatched the next business day. Delivery times range from 1-5 business days to Ontario/Quebec, and 2-5 business days to other areas in Canada. Upon shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your address. While we have partnerships with major shipping carriers, the scanning of your goods may take 3-10 days. Consequently, real-time tracking of your shipment may not be available. However, tracking details are provided. In the case of third-party shipping, additional shipping information or documents cannot be supplied, except for particularly remote or inconvenient locations.
US: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, inventory orders are typically shipped the next business day and will be delivered within 1-5 business days.

Return Policy:

 
● To ensure legal compliance and customer satisfaction, we uphold a 30-day hassle-free refund and replacement policy. Please carefully review the specific return conditions below:
● The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Ensure all apparel is included in the return package.
● Label the goods as "return goods" and provide return or non-tracking details within 7 days after the return.
● You are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. A damage fee may apply if the original packaging is not returned or if the goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts upon receipt.
● We will process your return within 14 business days. After completing the return process, the refund will be processed through the same payment method as the original transaction and will be credited to your account within a few days.
